Infant massage is a lovely gift that you can share with your baby. It is a natural way of making quality time to talk, share and bond with your baby, which may not always come easily to some of us.
Massage has been used in many Eastern cultures for centuries and whilst each culture may have differing beliefs surrounding the reasons for practicing massage on their babies, they all acknowledge that in doing so it has many benefits to both the giver and receiver.
Infant massage is now a popular therapy in Western cultures too and something that I would love to share with you!
